Welcome, parents and youth! We are so excited for our upcoming mission trip to Western, Kentucky. This summer, our youth group has the incredible opportunity to step out of their comfort zones, serve communities in need, and grow deeper in their faith.
This page will serve as your central hub for all details, schedules, packing lists, and paperwork.
Trip Quick Facts
User: Youth who have completed 6th-12th grades in the 2025-2026 school year.
Alternate Calendar: Sunday June 28 - Friday July 3.
Alternate Map Marker: Mayfield, Kentucky through Praying Pelican Missions.
Dollar Sign : $200 per youth (This includes all trip expenses except souvenirs and snacks on the road.)
bell : Registration Deadline is March 1, 2026.
Required Forms
Exclamation Circle Important: All forms must be completed by Sunday, June 14, 2026 unless otherwise noted. Youth cannot board the van without their forms completed.
Registration Form - This is due by March 1, 2026 with your $200 payment.
Youth Consent Form - For anyone going who is under 18 years of age.
Adult Consent Form - For anyone going who is 18 years of age or older.
Safe Spaces Background Check & Training - For anyone going who is 18 years of age or older.
Important Details
Packing List - Please use this as a guide when packing. Space is limited, so limit luggage to one suitcase/duffel bag plus your air mattress and bedding and one small backpack that can sit with you on the van ride.
